THE BLACK ABO serves users of all ages including children under 13. For users under 13:
- A parent or legal guardian must create the account and provide consent
- We collect only information necessary to provide the service
- We do not display targeted advertising to children
- We do not share children's personal information except as necessary to operate the service

Academy administrators who enroll children confirm they have obtained appropriate parental consent.

5.1 With Your Academy — Your coach or administrator may access your training data, attendance records, and progression information as part of the service they provide.
5.2 With Service Providers — We work with trusted providers including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, analytics providers (anonymized data only), and notification delivery services. All providers handle your information securely and only as directed by us.
5.3 For Legal Reasons — We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or public authority request.
5.4 Business Transfers — In the event of a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

9.International Data Transfers
THE BLACK ABO is operated from the UAE and is subject to UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). If you access our Platform from outside the UAE, your information may be transferred to and processed in the UAE or other countries where our service providers operate.
10.Apple App Store Specific Disclosures
Data Used to Track You: THE BLACK ABO does not use your data to track you across other apps or websites for advertising purposes.
